Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator
Position responsibilities to include:
Answering incoming service calls quickly, and in a professional manner. Will accurately document the customer request, and all other pertinent information. Will generate work orders utilizing our scheduling software and dispatch appropriate Technician. You will coordinate daily work order status, changes to original customer requests and Tech schedules through on-going monitoring of software dashboard, inter-departmental communication and direct contact with field staff.
The person who best fits this position should have a proven history of Customer Service/ Dispatch experience, preferably in the service industry. It is essential that you have the right attitude, geared toward creating a remarkable experience for our customers. Your enthusiasm shows that you like what you do. Must have a pleasant, professional telephone manner with good listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written correspondence, with customers, field staff and co-workers.
Does not get easily stressed out by a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling difficult situations/customers when need be. Must be easily adaptable and have the ability to prioritize and manage your time accordingly. You should be very organized and pay attention to details.
